This page explains the main privacy areas for a learner platform. It should be checked against the final analytics, payment, email, authentication, and database setup before launch.
Information a learner platform may use
Account information
Name, email address, login details, and learner account status may be needed to provide course access.
Course activity
Progress, quiz activity, lesson completion, and certificate status may be stored so learners can continue studying.
Support messages
Messages sent to support may be used to answer questions and manage learner requests.
Third-party services
The final policy should name the active services used for authentication, hosting, payments, database storage, email, analytics, media storage, and admin tools. This wording needs review before launch.
